个人简介

2005年于中科院自动化所获得博士学位,2005-2007年于加拿大国家研究委员会生物技术研究所从事博士后学术研究,2007年加入北京大学医学部。以通讯作者(含共同作者)身份在Cell DiscoveryJ Clin InvesNucleic Acids ResearchScience AdvancesBioinformaticsBrief Bioinform等杂志发表SCI研究论文80余篇。2010年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才,2014年获得国家自然科学基金委优秀青年科学基金,2020年获得国家杰出青年科学基金。已授权中国专利4项、美国专利、欧盟专利各1项。崔庆华教授创建的人类microRNA疾病数据库HMDDlncRNA疾病数据库LncRNADisease,均位居国际医学与健康领域数据库影响力前3%(分列全球第2225名,中国第1和第3名)。他所创建的非编码RNA疾病网络分析算法MISIMmicroRNA疾病与功能富集分析算法TAM等被国际著名学者评价为非编码RNA与疾病生物信息处理领域提出最早、应用最广的算法。他利用所建立的工具,揭示了一批新靶点如血管损伤新靶点lncVSM,糖脂代谢新靶点lncSHGL。他筛选到一批新药物,如发现柚皮素能有效防治腹主动脉瘤(已授权中国、美国和欧盟专利),还揭示了系列新机制,例如揭示了糖皮质激素诱发糖尿病的机制。
